Plainly (helpwithbill.com) processes documents you upload so we can return a plain-English explanation.

What we store

• Uploaded files and derived decode results, tied to a random ID
• Payment metadata from Stripe if you unlock a full decode
• Basic technical logs needed to run the service

What we don’t do

• Sell your documents to data brokers
• Use your uploads in public ads or marketing creatives
• Claim to be your insurer or provider

Retention

Default retention is limited (configurable; target on the order of days to weeks, not forever). You may request deletion by contacting the operator email once published on this site.

Payments

Card processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
